A couple of months ago we let you know about our increased capacity in our High Value dwelling program (to include excess over the Fair Plan). This month, we want to let you know about our new Standard Homeowner program (on Excess and Surplus Paper).
One80 Intermediaries Inc. is expanding our capacity to include homes up to 2.5M TIV (coverages A-D) in low to moderate brush fire zones. We also are reducing our rates in those zones to help California homeowners handle the exodus of markets that have been featured in the press.
This program expansion is part of our ongoing commitment to offer the best possible coverage and value to agents and homeowners in the state. Explore our 4 core options of coverage to find the one that will best fit your client’s needs:
